ADOPTION FEE INCREASE

A note for applicants and potential applicants:  GABR is raising its adoption fee from $200.00 to $225.00 effective July 1, 2008.  This is our first increase in 5 1/2 years.  Veterinary costs have continued to increase and we are now averaging over $300.00 in expenses for each dog.  Former adopters will continue to enjoy a reduced rate: $175.00.  Any questions, feel free to contact us.

CONGRATS, KIAH!

Kiah, Formerly Known as Molly

Kiah is celebrating one year in her new home!

Her mom writes:  
It is hard to believe that Kiah (Molly) has been with me for one year already.  She is such a social girl; loves kids and other dogs.  One of her best friends at doggie daycare was a Chihuahua that followed her around everywhere.  We love to keep active; go on walks; go to meetups for playdates with other dogs and last year we did two obedience classes right after I got her. This summer we plan to start some agility classes, I think she will do well as she is so athletic and has boundless energy. In September, at the Boxer Bash she will test for her CGC. I just can't say enough good things about my experience with GABR and her fosters the Bachmanns.  Thank you all so much for allowing me to adopt this wonderful Boxer; she is the perfect companion for me.  I will keep you updated on how we do in agility.
